Common Support Topics

Subscription Questions

Subscriptions are managed through Apple.

To manage or cancel your subscription:

  1. Open your iPhone Settings

  2. Tap your Apple ID

  3. Tap Subscriptions

  4. Select RIDESAFE Equestrian

Refunds are handled directly by Apple.

Location & Background Tracking

RIDESAFE Equestrian uses GPS during active ride sessions, including while the app runs in the background.

If location tracking is not working:

• Ensure Location Services are enabled
• Set location permission to “Always”
• Confirm Background App Refresh is enabled

SMS Notifications Not Sending

Emergency contacts must:

• Have a valid mobile number
• Not have opted out (STOP)
• Have cellular service available

If an emergency contact previously replied STOP, they must reply START to receive messages again.

Account & Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account at any time within the app:

Settings → Privacy & Data → Request Data Deletion

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
