RIDESAFE Equestrian App Subscriptions
RIDESAFE Equestrian subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All billing and payment processing is handled by those platforms.

Refund requests for RIDESAFE subscriptions must be submitted directly through the platform where the purchase was made:

DIVO Equestrian does not have the ability to issue refunds for app subscriptions purchased through these platforms.

Physical Products

DIVO Equestrian may recommend or link to third-party products such as Pivo devices. These products are manufactured, sold, and fulfilled by their respective companies.

All returns, refunds, exchanges, and warranty claims for physical products must be handled directly through the manufacturer or the retailer from whom the product was purchased.

For example, returns or refund requests for Pivo products must be processed through Pivo according to their return and warranty policies.
